In order to improve the overall management level of the park,On the morning of April 19, Sanhuan Industrial Park held an internal diagnosis kick-off meeting and a comprehensive budget training meeting. Zheng Long, director of Sanhuan Industrial Park Management Committee, attended the meeting and made a speech. The meeting introduced the park's internal management diagnostic action plan, and monthly diagnosis for a unit.

The diagnosis team is composed of heads of departments, offices and workshops. The diagnosis team performs its own duties, starting from the department management responsibilities, going deep into all aspects of the production and operation of Zhongsheng Parts Company, and earnestly carrying out inspections and exchanges.

At the diagnostic summary meeting, the diagnostic team started from the annualKPI, budget control, system implementation, on-site management, lean management, team building and other aspects pointed out a total of 42 problems and put forward suggestions for improvement. The whole diagnosis meeting had a strong atmosphere of "catching up, learning, helping and surpassing.

Zheng Long fully affirmed this meeting and deployed the next stage of internal diagnosis and comprehensive budget training. He put forward five requirements:

1.The 2024 business goal is extremely challenging, and the parts management team must have high standards and strict requirements, and strive to achieve better performance in the second quarter.

2.The comprehensive budget work of the park is carried out horizontally, starting from the key points of production and operation, and doing a good job in the comprehensive budget work.

3.The core team of each unit should review the work regularly to find out the problems existing in the work and improve them in time.

4.The person in charge of each unit should pay attention to team building and stimulate team vitality and vigor.

5.Break the conservative and incomplete thinking, dare to innovate, dare to be true.
