R & D Overview

The technology center of Hubei Sanhuan Automobile Electric Co., Ltd. is a provincial-level technology center with 850 engineering and technical personnel. It has been committed to the research and development of automotive electronic and electrical products and accessories for more than 50 years. It is the vice chairman unit of the Electronic and Electrical Branch of the China Association of Automobile Manufacturers. The product technology unit of the Electronics and Electrical Branch. It is one of the national standards and industry recommend standards for horn products, glass lift switch products, car valve products. It has 420 technical patents and has passed the CNAS laboratory approval.

The technology center consists of five product professional research and development institutes, a project management department and two laboratories. Engaged in the research and development of eight series of products of car horn products, electronic products, switch products, door handle products, car lock products, refueling charging port cover products, car valve products and rearview mirror products. It is a key R & D unit to promote the development and progress of product technology in the industry. It has more than 800 R & D projects every year, and the R & D cost in 2023 exceeds 0.2 billion yuan. It has established synchronous technology development, system design and modular supply mode with Dongfeng, Changan, Geely, Chery, JAC, Wuling, Great Wall, Ford, Nissan, Jiangling, FAW, SAIC, Sinotruk, BYD and other customers. The research and development products are exported to Europe, South America, South Korea, Iran, India, Vietnam, Egypt, Philippines and other countries.
