Company to carry out BIQS manufacturing quality system training

In order to cultivate professional talents and improve the manufacturing quality of the company,From April 7 to 8, the company carried out a 2-day BIQS training. A total of 35 people from six upgrading units, quality, production, process technology supervisors and team leader representatives participated in the training.
BIQS is a general automobile supplier quality evaluation system, which is used to help and support suppliers to improve manufacturing quality so that defects do not flow to subsequent processes or customers. BIQS pays more attention to the site, process and station requirements of practical operation and product realization, aiming at improving manufacturing quality, thus reducing defects, reducing waste, reducing costs and enhancing comprehensive competitiveness.
This training is conducted through lecturer lectures, case studies, and answer exercises. Through learning, students not only understandThe new knowledge of BIQS, but also clarify the control logic from daily operation and maintenance to continuous improvement.
