Coupled with the strong support of the equipment branch, from January to February, the labor productivity of Sanhuan Zhongsheng improved steadily year-on-year, and the plan completion rate also reached the best level, ensuring the timely supply of all parts, and revenue increased by 38% year-on-year.
In the next stage, Sanhuan Zhongsheng will strengthen staff training, improve team capabilities, steadily improve production efficiency and quality, and achieve lean management.
If a worker wants to do a good job, he must first sharper his tools. Since 2024, the company's market development has blossomed everywhere, with new projects coming in from Changan, Geely, Jiangling Ford, Nissan, Wuling, Jianghuai, Hechuang, Shenlong and other mainframes. New product development task is heavy, time is tight, mold development bear the brunt.
The equipment branch is duty-bound to seize the construction period and ensure delivery. On the first day of the construction on the 7th of the new year, all the staff of the equipment branch arrived at their posts and went all out. From mold design, machine processing, assembly to mold test, careful organization, reasonable deployment, to ensure that the mold development progress is optimal, to meet customer requirements.
From January to February, the number of molds put into production and delivered by the equipment branch increased significantly year-on-year, and the output value increased by 45% year-on-year, providing a strong equipment guarantee for the third Ring Road Zhongsheng and other production units to achieve a good start.
In the next step, the equipment branch will actively promote technological transformation, comprehensively improve the design and manufacturing capabilities of molds and non-standard equipment, and create a brand new equipment!
