On December 28, the 2024 production system debriefing meeting of sanhuan electric appliance was successfully held in conference room 1 of the company. Company party secretary, chairman Wang Hanrong attended the meeting.

Deputy Director Yu Shengjia made a report entitled "Consolidate the basic management of production and improve the ability of delivery guarantee", and made a review and prospect of the work of the production system. Through the standardized operation of the 2023 plan management, the young backbone echelon of the production system will be cultivated to form hematopoietic function and realize a virtuous circle.
Wang Hanrong, Secretary of the Party committee and chairman of the board of directors of the company, fully affirmed the work results of the production and manufacturing system. Wang Hanrong stressed that at present, the company's annual output value and variety completion rate have been significantly improved, the accuracy of the plan has been greatly improved, the excess freight has stabilized and improved, and the inventory of self-purchased parts has been greatly reduced. The production system should continue to maintain a good basic management situation, strengthen the overall production capacity, plan the annual balanced production, handle the dialectical relationship between delivery and quality, and apply management tools to practical work.
