To the stock, control the increment, resolutely win the battle of quality improvement

On July 15, the company held a symposium on quality improvement in the second half of 2023. This is the third meeting after the quality improvement kick-off meeting on July 2. The meeting has refined the objectives, compacted the responsibilities and deployed the actions to remove the stock, control the increment and resolutely win the battle of quality improvement.

Participating in this symposium were some company leaders, heads of departments and offices, heads of finished products units at the headquarters, and 38 representatives of quality, research and development, technology and other relevant leaders and team leaders who are responsible for removing stock and controlling increment. Company party secretary, chairman Wang Hanrong presided over the meeting and made an important speech.

He demanded that by the end of December 2023, the quality improvement target should be fully achieved, the stock problem should be fully consumed, the basic work should be fully implemented, and the quality system should operate efficiently. He stressed the need to work in the following four areas:

1. Implementation of two main lines

Along the two main lines of stock removal and incremental control, clear division of labor, objectives, programs and nodes, each performing its own duties and operating efficiently.

2 . Two levels of action

From the two levels of the company and the branch, solidify the key work points and action plans, weekly evaluation, monthly appraisal, visual management, and acceptance sales numbers.

3 . Two paths force

Along the two paths of software and hardware, promote the effective operation of the system and the cultivation of staff literacy.

4. Two system guarantee

From the two dimensions of performance management and cadre management, a quality incentive mechanism and a red line mechanism are formed to reward the good and punish the bad.

At the meeting, Wang Hanrong also deployed seven recent quality priorities. He called for setting the goal, making up his mind, shouldering the responsibility, showing the revolutionary pride of attacking the city and pulling out the stronghold, and resolutely winning the battle of quality improvement.
