Jia Kaihong, Vice Minister of Marketing Department, conducted training on foreign material management and financial knowledge.
Hu Xianhua, deputy director of the market, shared market development ideas and conducted in-depth training on market development from six aspects: preliminary product research, target product promotion, relevant network communication, opponent understanding and analysis, differential quotation scheme, and project fixed-point promotion.
Li Guoming, the company's director, conducted the training of win-win marketing thinking and industry trend change. He deeply analyzed the company's own development, expounded the company's core values, conducted in-depth discussions on the difference between sales and marketing, and introduced in detail the six steps of win-win marketing, namely, establishing relationships, determining needs, indicating values, reaching transactions, improving win-win and long-term win-win; he also studied and judged the development form of the industry, put forward corresponding countermeasures from the company level and the sales level, combined with the actual case of the company, he pointed out that the sales staff should "spontaneous combustion, self-healing and self-confidence".

After the meeting, the marketing department invited the technical center to hold a tug-of-war competition. All the players on the field were full of energy and enthusiasm. Everyone gritted their teeth and clenched the long rope and tried their best. Applause, laughter and cheering came one after another. The competition showed friendship and style, which fully demonstrated the spirit of hard work, enterprising, unity and cooperation of the young students.
