On March 23rd, Anhui Zhongsheng held the second board meeting of the third session in Wuhan, chaired by Chairman Wang Zhongyue. Vice Chairman Li Guoming, directors Zhang Zheng, Huang Xianjun, and Zhou Youjun attended the meeting, with representatives from various departments of Anhui Zhongsheng including Ji Kaicheng, Li Congyan, Lu Xinhui, Zhou Rongzheng, and others attending as nonvoting delegates.
Prior to the meeting, all directors and leaders of Jiangqi Co., Ltd. conducted research and exchange on the production and operation status and product layout of Sanhuan Electric Appliance Company and its subsidiaries, Zhongsheng Decoration and Sanhuan Sanli. They fully understood the production and operation status and product layout of Sanhuan Electric Appliance Company and some of its subsidiaries in Wuhan.
The meeting first reviewed the proposals for the "2022 Work Report and 2023 Business Plan", "Financial Work Report", "2022 Financial Settlement, and 2023 Financial Budget". After a vote by the board of directors, the work report and various proposals made by the management team of Anhui Zhongsheng were unanimously approved.
The directors affirmed the hard-earned achievements of Anhui Zhongsheng in the past year: good results have been achieved in all aspects of work, especially in the unfavorable situation of the decline in the commercial vehicle market, where the company's performance was significantly better than expected and outperformed the main engine.
